18 Sep 2012 Plans to build within 1m of pipe approved by council.
19 Sep 2012 Received phone call from Metricon advising (re)start date of 27 Sep 2012

18 Oct 2012 Demolishers return to perform site scrape and clean site of rubble and debris.

30 Jan 2013 Colorbond roofing complete.  FRAME STAGE COMPLETE.
6 Feb 2013 Independent Frame Inspection by New Home Inspections.
15 Feb 2013 All window and door frames installed.
18 Feb 2013 Bricking started.
26 Feb 2013 Independent Pre-Plaster Inspection by New Home Inspections.
28 Feb 2013 Ground floor bricking complete.
13 Mar 2013 First floor bricking complete.
21 Mar 2013 Start plastering.
3 Apr 2013 Stairs installed.
5 Apr 2013 Garage colorbond roof complete. Final coat of render with colour applied.  Kitchen goes in.
8 Apr 2013 LOCK-UP STAGE COMPLETE
9 Apr 2013 Kitchen & Laundry cabinets installed.
16 Apr 2013 FIXING STAGE COMPLETE
25 Apr 2013 Painting started.
10 May 2013 Main painting completed. Touchups and final coat still to be done.
14 May 2013 Tiling started.
20 May 2013 Plumbing and Electrical fit outs started.
10 June 2013 Timber Floorboard installation started.
12 June 2013 Carpet and Timber Floors completed.
26 July 2013 Final Inspection. Received final invoice.
09 Aug 2013 HANDOVER.  We have the keys!!!
